- We schedule one walkthrough. If it makes sense to move forward, we visit the property once. We work around your tenants and keep it brief. You do not need to clean, stage, or repair anything — we want to see the property as it really is, because that is how we buy it.
- You get a written cash offer. After the walkthrough, we put together a fair offer based on the property's condition, the lease and rent situation, and comparable sales in the area. We send it to you in writing, with no obligation and no high-pressure expiration.
